Listings
Listings are the channel-facing records that connect marketplace or shop listings to your internal SKUs.
What linking does
Linking tells TrueSKU which internal SKU should be affected when a channel listing sells or has its stock pushed out.
| State | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Unlinked | The listing is visible, but does not yet control stock. |
| Linked | The listing points to an internal SKU and can participate in stock workflows. |
| Excluded | The listing is deliberately kept out of stock sync. |
| Ambiguous | TrueSKU has detected something that needs user review before automation. |
Before enabling sync
Check variations carefully.
Variation listings can have separate child SKUs and must be mapped correctly.
Exclude anything uncertain.
It is better to sync a smaller safe set than push bad quantities broadly.
Review duplicate custom labels.
Duplicate or reused channel labels may be valid, but they should not be auto-trusted without checking.
