API access
Generate API tokens only for trusted integrations. Treat tokens like passwords and rotate them if they are shared accidentally.
Subscription capacity
TrueSKU subscription tiers are based largely on SKU capacity. If you are close to your limit, review archived or dead SKUs before increasing capacity.
Useful checks
Billing email is correct.
Invoices and subscription messages should go to the right person.
API tokens are current.
Remove old tokens that are no longer used.
Users have suitable access.
Do not give admin access to users who only need day-to-day stock tools.
